   Walk the streets and look at the open lots. Orientation, trees and neighbours matter more than any brochure.

2. 02

   Choose your floor plan

   Compare plans side by side, check the room list, and decide which layout options you want before pricing.

3. 03

   Personalize your finishes

   Cabinetry, counters, backsplash, flooring and hardware, chosen in the studio with prices visible as you go.

4. 04

   Prepare for move-in

   Pre-drywall and final walkthroughs, a home orientation, then keys.
